What 37Lend is
37Lend is a funding marketplace. We help small businesses find and compare financing from third-party lenders. We are not a lender, and we don’t guarantee approval, specific terms, or funding from any lender.
Your account
You’re responsible for the accuracy of the information you submit and for keeping your account credentials secure. You must be authorized to apply for funding on behalf of the business you submit.
Offers & lenders
Any offer shown in your account is made by the lender or financing partner named on it, subject to their own terms and further verification. Accepting an offer creates an agreement between you and that lender — not with 37Lend.
Acceptable use
Don’t submit false information, misuse the platform, or attempt to access accounts or data that aren’t yours.
Disclaimer & liability
37Lend is provided “as is.” We work to route your application accurately, but we don’t control individual lenders’ decisions, timelines, or terms.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time; we’ll let you know about material changes.
