What we collect
To match your business with lenders, we collect information you give us directly (business details, ownership, financials, documents) and information we obtain, with your consent, from third parties — business verification, credit bureaus, and, if you connect one, your bank.
How we use it
We use your information to verify your business, evaluate funding eligibility, route your application to lenders in our network, communicate with you about your application, and improve 37Lend itself. We don’t use it for anything you haven’t consented to.
Credit checks
Seeing what you qualify for uses a soft inquiry that never affects your credit score. A hard inquiry happens only if you choose to accept a specific lender’s offer, and we’ll always ask first.
Who we share it with
We share your application with lenders and financing partners you apply through, and with service providers who help us verify identity, business data, and credit (for example business and credit bureaus, bank-data providers, and document processors). We don’t sell your information.
Security
Your data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Access is limited to what a person or system needs to do its job — for example, only your assigned advisor and the lenders you apply through can see your application.
Your choices
You can review, update, or request a copy of your information from your account at any time, and you can ask us to delete your account. Some information may be retained where we’re required to by law or by an active application.
