How 37Lend is built to be usable by everyone, what still needs work, and how to get help.

Our commitment

Applying for financing should not depend on how you see, hear, move, or read. 37Lend is built to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA, across the public site, the sign-in page, and the borrower portal, and we keep working on the parts that do not reach it yet.

This statement says what that means in practice, where we know we fall short, and how to reach a person if something gets in your way.

What is in place

  • Every page works with a keyboard alone. Focus is always visible, and a “Skip to content” link is the first thing on each page.
  • Pages have one main heading, a logical heading order, and named landmarks, so a screen reader can move around them.
  • Every form field has a visible label. Errors are announced, explained in words, and placed next to the field they concern.
  • Loading, saving, and failure states are announced, not just shown; nothing is conveyed by colour alone.
  • Text and interface colours meet AA contrast, including status labels and muted text.
  • Motion is reduced or removed when your device asks for it, and nothing flashes.
  • Layouts work at phone width and when zoomed, and controls are large enough to tap.
  • The site never asks you to identify a picture, solve a puzzle, or race a timer to sign in; a security check appears only when automated abuse is suspected.

Every change to the site is checked automatically against WCAG 2.2 AA with axe-core, on every public page at desktop and phone sizes, and a failure blocks the change. The signed-in pages are reviewed by hand with a keyboard as they change.

What we know needs work

  • The booking calendar on some pages is provided by HubSpot inside a frame we do not control. It is optional; the same booking page is always available as a plain link.
  • Documents lenders send you (offers, agreements) are theirs, usually PDFs, and may not be tagged for screen readers. Your advisor can walk through any of them with you.
  • The security check on sign-in comes from Google’s reCAPTCHA. When it appears, an audio alternative is offered by Google, not by us.

Get help or report a problem

If any part of 37Lend is hard to use, tell us and we will fix it or find another way for you to do the same thing. Your advisor can complete any step of an application with you, by phone or by message. We aim to reply within two business days.

Message your advisor from your inbox if you have an account.

Otherwise: Book a time with our team.

The calendar can also load on this page. It uses HubSpot’s cookies and turns on the site’s other optional cookies, for Google Analytics.

Technical details

The site relies on HTML, WAI-ARIA, CSS, and JavaScript, and is built for current versions of Chrome, Safari, Firefox, and Edge. It should work with any modern browser and assistive technology that follows these standards. This statement was last reviewed on the date shown at the top of the page.
